Synergy Group, a leading global spirits company, and Stock Spirits, Central and Eastern Europe’s leading branded spirits business, have announced an agreement for the distribution of the super premium Beluga Vodka portfolio in Poland. This agreement is effective July 2016.
The agreement appoints Stock Spirits to be the exclusive distributor of Synergy’s Beluga range of super premium vodkas, throughout Poland.
“Poland is the third largest vodka market in the world by value and one of the most attractive emerging markets in Europe, with strong growth for super premium spirits,” said Alexander Mechetin, the Chairman of the Management Board of Synergy. “Poland is therefore an exciting opportunity for Beluga.” Mechetin continued, “We are pleased to team up in Poland with Stock Spirits. With their proven marketing and commercial skills and strong branded spirits portfolio, Stock Spirits is a perfect fit for Beluga as we look to drive further growth in this attractive emerging market, giving Beluga strategic focus and enhanced distribution.”
Mirek Stachowicz, CEO of Stock Spirits, commented, “We are very pleased that Synergy, a highly respected spirits business, recognises the strength of our distribution platform in Poland, and we are delighted to be working with such high quality super premium and fast growing brands in our largest market. This will complement our strong existing portfolio, and enable us to offer an even better range of products to our customers.”
Synergy Group will work closely with its previous distributor partner for Poland, MV Poland, to ensure a seamless transition for the business and customers in the market. Synergy Group would like to thank MV Poland management and their brand team for a long-lasting partnership and professional stewardship of its brands.
