Another top award for Stock Spirits Group

Stock Spirits Group (SSG), Central Europe’s leading branded spirits and liqueurs business, is pleased to announce that its new clear vodka, Żołądkowa Gorzka Jęczmienna, has won a gold medal at the 2012 Monde Selection Awards, just six months after the product was launched.

Żołądkowa Gorzka Jęczmienna was launched on the Polish market as recently as October 2011 and is the premium 100 per cent barley variant of the massively successful Czysta de Luxe brand. It is the first product to be produced using 100 per cent barley and marketed as such in Poland. By carefully selecting this high quality ingredient, Stock-Polska is introducing premium standards to the mainstream vodka segment. The ingredients give the vodka a delicate aroma and guarantee exceptional flavour.

Commenting on the win, Chris Heath, Chief Executive Officer of Stock Spirits Group, said:

"We are pleased that the high quality of Żołądkowa Gorzka Jęczmienna has been recognised by independent industry experts. This continues the success of the market leading Żołądkowa Gorzka brand and demonstrates our on-going commitment to delivering high quality products to our consumers. This will continue to be a critical element of our growth strategy in our core markets in Central and Eastern Europe."
